Place

Data is processed at the Controller’s operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in processing are located. Personal Data may be transferred to a country different from the one where the User is located. Users have the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis of transfers outside the European Union and the security measures adopted.

Retention Period

Data is processed and stored for as long as required by the purposes for which it was collected. Once the retention period expires, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, after this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification and data portability can no longer be exercised.
